We ("FACI", "Yuayii”, the “Company” “We” or “us”) are committed to your privacy. This Privacy policy is created to explain to you how we gather, use, share, and project your policy. This privacy policy also allowed you to update or access your information up to a certain limit.

This privacy policy is applicable for both online and offline modes of operations done by us. Online means information obtained through app or website or email and offline means information obtained through in-person, mobiles, or postal. this policy is also applicable for our promotional activities or widgets or social media features performed by us or by a third party.

To provide our services to you we may ask you to provide us some necessary protected information. This information may be collected through various modes offline or online like during signing up, registration, or contact form. This information is required to be associated with you and is for lawful reasons.

  • Contact List: We have SOS feature in our app and we give user option to pick 3 contacts from contacts list. user can send SOS request to these contacts in case of emergency.

  • We collect and use images you provide for the following purposes:
  • Profile Picture: We collect and display the profile picture you upload within the App for user identification and enhanced user experience.
  • Document Verification: In certain cases, we may require you to submit images of documents for verification purposes. We use these images solely for verifying your identity or fulfilling legal/regulatory requirements.
  • We take reasonable measures to protect your images from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
  • The App is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

INFORMATION COLLECT TO ACCESS AND USE OUR SERVICES

  • Our technologies which we are using for our services can use or gather additional information like Browser history, URL, a device identifier for your device, the time you used our services. This usage information is taken by our technologies automatically and this is additional information than the protected information.
  • All the communication will be recorded whether it is done through app or voice call or video call for quality and training purposes.
  • Since we use navigation technology, graphical information may be captured through the driver's mobile phone as they are using GPS enabled phone delivery or transport of goods.
  • If you are using our web portal and you have blocked the cookies then you may not get the proper information from our web portal.

INFORMATION THROUGH THIRD PARTIES

We may collect some information about you through third parties such as social media pages or feature providers from time to time to keep data updated.

INFORMATION GATHERED BY MOBILE APP

When we use mobile applications, mobile applications may collect some information related to your mobile, We may use this information for quality and improve our services. Mobile applications sometimes automatically update the information on your device/mobile. Following are the data that may be gathered by mobile application but not limited to the following.

  • Preferred language
  • country
  • mobile manufacturer
  • model of your mobile
  • operation system of mobile
  • internet browser being used in mobile
  • your present location
  • Some technical information like several visits preferred tabs in the application.

2. LOCATION DATA (DRIVER AND USER)

We collect this data when the app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen) of their mobile device.

We collect precise or approximate location data from user's and partner's mobile devices if they enable us to do so. We collect this data from the time a job is requested until it is finished, and any time the app is running in the foreground of their mobile device. We use this data to enhance your use of our apps, including improving pick-up locations, enable safety features, and prevent and detect fraud.

3. USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

The main objective of collecting your information is to improve our services. This information is used to analyze the service data concerning the feature most used by the user.

Protect information is used to welcome you and also to keep you updated about services or enhancement through email or mobile phone you shared with us during registration.

Information collected through mobile apps is used to upgrade features in the app to make it more suitable for use with your mobile phone.

Some of the protected information is provided to our delivery agent or rider (such as your name, pick up address, contact number) to the driver who accepts your request for transportation of goods so that the driver may contact and find you.

We use that your location information for various purposes, which include you to be able to view the drivers in your area that are close to your location, for you to set your pickup location, for the drivers to identify the pick-up location, to send you promotions and offers, and to allow you (if you choose through any features we may provide) to share this information with other people.

Apart from the above-mentioned purposes, we use your information to provide you the transaction process information or information regarding the feature you have requested like notifications or offers, or advertisements. Also, we use your information for internal business processes to improve our services. In the case of the business transfer to a third party, some of the protected information may be shared as a legal business requirement.

4. DISCLOSING INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell, share, rent, or trade the information we have collected about you, other than as disclosed within this Privacy Policy or at the time you provide your information.

5. THIRD PARTY PRIVACY POLICY

We are not responsible for your protected information provided by you to the third party or social media widgets as the third party has its own privacy policies, hence we recommend you to go through the privacy policy of the third party for your protected information. Just your reference, our app or website may have some banner for promotion, that may land up to another page of the third party once you click that banner.

6. SOCIAL MEDIA

Our app may have some social media widgets such as Facebook like button, share to your friend, etc. These features are provided by the third party and these features may collect your photograph, IP address, or the page you visited and may also set the cookies to enable the feature for the proper functioning of the widgets or feature.

7. DATA COLLECTED BY DRIVERS

Information collected by the driver for a ride is not covered under this privacy policy. This information is generic and cannot be controlled by the company.

8. CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNT AND UPDATED INFORMATION

It is the customer's responsibility to keep us updated about the protected information such as contact information. IF there is a change in any protected information, customers shall update us about it. if you wish to delete or modify your information with you can do so by email. We are most concerned about your protected information and we will change the information.

If you want to cancel your account and wish that we do not use your information, then you can write to us at infos@yuayii.com, we will proceed ahead with your request. We need to retain some of your protected information such as location, trip history, delivery location, and payment history to comply with the legal and regulatory obligations.

9. SECURITY

We use standard security practices like encryption and firewalls to protect your data with us. However, we do not guarantee you that your information cannot be breached through the internet or wireless communication system. Therefore we recommend you not to share your password with anyone. Information shared by you with us to use our services is at your own risk.

10. GRIEVANCE

Yuayii has a grievance officer to take care of the rules drafted under the Information Technology Act, 2000. You can connect with the grievance officer if you have concerning policy or any other data related issue at infos@yuayii.com.

11. PRIVACY POLICY CHANGE

We suggest you review our privacy policies periodically as we may update the policy from time to time. We will update you by email connected with us or through a notification in an app. The revised policy will be effective immediately after posing.
